Italian Cooking and Wine Group Course

The hands-on course covers traditional, home-style Tuscan and Italian recipes. We cook in a classic private apartment in central Florence to allow students to see a little of how a typical Italian family live, and to allow people to step out before &after class to see world-heritage sites such as the Duomo or take a bus ride up to the beautiful hill station of Fiesole.

5-Day Program

The course comprises:
4 day hands-on lessons and the meal and
1 day visit to a typical Italian market followed by a tasting of cheeses, salami, prosciutto, mortadella, bread and wines.

Participants cook and eat dishes prepared using fresh, natural ingredients.
A complete meal such as appetizers, a pasta dish, a vegetable or meat dish and then a dessert is prepared every day and is accompanied by the wine which best complements it.

A Toscana Mia apron and Toscana Mia recipe-book are supplied

All lessons are held from Monday to Friday.

Mini course

It is possible to take part in just 1-2-3-4 days lessons, or combine Program in Florence with Mini Package in Chianti
