You will discover with us Italian cheese, salami, prosciutto, vegetables, fruit, kitchen and home stuff, clothing and shoes or antiquities and typical hand-made products, depending on the chosen market. After that we will enjoy a typical Italian tradition, that is Cappuccino in the local coffee shop – a great chance to mix with the locals and understand more about the local traditions and culture in the amazing Chianti region. Then we head back to Podere Le Rose (where
Toscana Mia is located) for the meal, to eat typical Italian products, taste and learn how to serve extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, bread , Italian cheeses (pecorino, parmigiano, mozzarella di bufala, ricotta etc.), salami (Tuscan salami, finocchiona), Tuscan prosciutto, Tuscan bread, focaccia and a typical Tuscan dessert (Cantucci and Vin Santo). Accompanied by Simonetta or Paola - who are more than willing to share their knowledge and passion for their native land – you’ll never have to worry about getting lost.
